Apartments (studios) 28 m2, located on the ground floor, first and second floors..The only significant difference amongst them is the colour of their enterior (green, yellow and orange). Each appartment has a bedroom equiped with LCD TV (cable TV ), air condition , french as well as the additional bed  (Sympo chair-bed) , mini kitchen totally equiped with dishes , separate terrase,separate bathroom, safe and washing machine. Apartments have free Wi-Fi signal.

Extra charges:

• Kids (babies to 2-year old kids) free of charge (if using the baby craddle + baby chair 4 eur per day additionally)
• If staying more than intended the adults are to pay 70% of the bed price and the kids to 12 years old 50% of the bed price
• Additional change of towels and sheets (aside to the regular service included in the price) 2 eur per person
• Only 3 nights-stay is up to 20% more expensive than the regular one
• 30% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Aeroport transportation to Tivat (35€) and to Podgorica (40€)

• The time of entrance of the quests is 12 o’clock
• The time intended for leaving the appartment is 9 o’clock
